WWE TLC 2020 Preview

The final WWE Pay-Per-View of the year, TLC, will be taking place this evening at Tropicana Field in Tampa, Florida. At the time of writing, there are only 6 matches on the card so, let's take a look.

The New Day vs The Hurt Business
RAW Tag Team Championship
This could be a good match and I think that The New Day will retain.
Predicted Winners: The New Day

Sasha Banks vs Carmella
Smackdown Women's Championship
I might be in the minority here but I'm going for Carmella to get the win.
Predicted Winner: Carmella

Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler vs Asuka and TBD
Women's Tag Team Championship
I feel that Jax and Baszler will retain.
Predicted Winners: Nia Jax ans Shayna Baszler

"The Fiend" Bray Wyatt vs Randy Orton
Firefly Inferno Match
Yeah...I'm not looking forward to this based on their last rivalry a few years ago. I'm going for Wyatt to win just because.
Predicted Winner: Bray Wyatt

Drew McIntyre vs AJ Styles
TLC Match for the WWE Championship
I'm quite looking forward to this one and I think that McIntyre will retain.
Predicted Winner: Drew McIntyre

Roman Reigns vs Kevin Owens
TLC Match for the Universal Championship
Whilst I like Owens, I can see Reigns being Champion til Wrestlemania. Therefore, I'm going for him to retain.
Predicted Winner: Roman Reigns

I'm going to try and watch this over the next month. I hope you all enjoy the show.

WWE TLC 2019 Review

WWE TLC, the last Pay-Per-View of the year, took place on Sunday 15th December at the Target Center in Minneapolis. Will WWE end the year on a high? Let's take a look.

The match on the Kick Off Show was  Humberto Carrillo taking on Andrade. Andrade is dominant early on before Carrillo hit a jawbreaker followed by a hurracarrana. During the match, Andrade gets a cut below his eye. Zelina Vega tries to interfere but almost gets taken out Andrade. In the end, Carrillo hit a reverse hurracarrana followed by a moonsault to get the win. This was a really good match between the two.
Winner: Humberto Carrillo (N/A)

The first match on the show was a ladder match for the Smackdown Tag Team Championship as The Revival challenge The New Day. Highlights of the match include: Big E chucking Scott Dawson over the German announce table; Kofi Kingston flipping a ladder onto The Revival; The Revival hitting Shatter Machine off a ladder on Kingston; and Big E hitting Dash Wilder with the Big Ending off a ladder. After Kingston pushes Dawson off a ladder, he manages to collect the belts and get the win. I thought this was a fun match to watch.
Winners: The New Day (1 for 1)

The next match was Aleister Black taking on Buddy Murphy. Black keeps Murphy down with kicks but Murphy bounces Black's head off the steel steps, busting his nose. Murphy takes time to try on Black's coat, and Black doesn't take that well and he makes a comeback. In the end, they exchange kicks before Black hits The Black Mask to get the win. I thought this was a good match between the two and I assume that Black will go back to his room and wait for someone to challenge him in a couple of months.
Winner: Aleister Black (2 for 2)

Next was an open challenge by The Viking Raiders for the RAW Tag Team Championship. That challenge is accepted by The O.C. Karl Anderson sends Erik out of the ring then distracts the referee, giving Luke Gallows the chance to hit a superkick and give his team the advantage. Eventually, Erik manages to tag in Ivar. The Viking Raiders hit the Viking Experience on Anderson but Gallows breaks up the pin. The match goes to the outside and it ends up in a double count out. Afterwards, The Viking Raiders powerbomb Anderson through the table set up earlier on winners of a KFC competition. The match was pretty decent but I hated it ending in a double count out.
Winners: Double Count Out (N/A)

The next match is a TLC Match between Roman Reigns and King Baron Corbin. During Reign's entrance, he destroys half of Corbin's security. Corbin gets the advantage after hitting a Deep Six and goes on to throw everything but the kitchen sink at him, including hitting him with a can of dog food and choke slamming him through a table. Reigns responds by putting Corbin through the German announce table with a Samoan drop. Dolph Ziggler comes in to help out Corbin then bizarrely decide to go after one of the guys at ringside. Reigns uses a kendo stick on Corbin's security before The Revival come out to attack Reigns. Corbin goes on to hit the End of Days onto a chair to get the win. I do not like this match. It was overbooked with 9 people helping Corbin to win and the bit where Corbin and Ziggler beat the fuck out of some random made no sense.
Winner: Baron Corbin (2 for 3)

Next is Hollywood Miz taking on Universal Champion "The Fiend" Firefly Fun House Bray Wyatt  in a non-title match just because...? Anyway, as soon as the bell rings, Miz starts beating the fuck out of Wyatt. Wyatt goes for a Sister Abigail but Miz gets out of it and hits the Skull Crushing Finale. The match goes to the outside and eventually Wyatt hits a Sister Abigail. Miz just about gets back into the ring before the 10 count but he gets hit with another Sister Abigail and Wyatt wins. After the match, The Fiend pops up on the screen and Wyatt grabs a large sledgehammer. Then someone runs in and hits Wyatt with a running knee, which turns out to be the original Daniel Bryan. Bryan then goes on to beat up Wyatt. This match was weird and I was not a fan.
Winner: Bray Wyatt (3 for 4)

The penultimate match is a tables match between Rusev and Bobby Lashley. Rusev grabs a table  but Lana pulls it away, giving Lashley the chance to get the advantage. After some back and forth and using kendo sticks on each other, Lana jumps on Rusev's back and Lashley sends him through a table with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex to get the win. The match wasn't anything special.
Winner: Bobby Lashley (3 for 5)

The main event is a TLC Match for the Women's Tag Team Championship as Charlotte Flair and "The Man" Becky Lynch challenge The Kabuki Warriors. Lynch and Flair don't fuck around as they throw Kairi Sane and Asuka into anything they can see. Sane gets the worse of it as she gets a monitor thrown at her head, then thrown onto the announce tables; and later on, lands badly after a suplex by Flair. Sane and Asuka incapacitate Lynch by tying her onto a ladder to help them get the advantage. Eventually, Lynch manages to get free and Flair powerbombs Sane through a table. In the end, Lynch climbs up but Asuka pulls a rope connected to the ladder to send her off. Asuka then climbs the ladder to grab the belts and get the win. Unfortunately, it's overshadowed 10 seconds later as the camera cuts to a brawl involving the men's locker room, that had been going on backstage since the Corbin/Reigns match, spills out into the crowd.

The match was pretty good but it got sloppy towards the end. This was due to Sane getting concussed after a suplex by Flair. To make it worse, it got overshadowed by a brawl that I had no interest in. I felt sorry for Asuka as she had seconds to celebrate before the camera cut away from her.
Winners: Kabuki Warriors (4 for 6)

I thought TLC started pretty well with 2 good matches. However, it turned into a mess with overbooking and crappy creative decisions. The wrestling is there but it's being overshadowed by poor creative booking. It doesn't help that the main story on RAW at the moment, Seth Rollin's heel turn, wasn't really a part of the show. Next month will be the start of the Road to Wrestlemania XXXVI and hopefully it will start to get better.

WWE TLC 2019 Preview

TLC 2019 WWE Poster.jpg

The last WWE PPV of the year, TLC, will be taking place this evening at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. There are 6 matches announced so let's take a look.

Roman Reigns vs King Baron Corbin
TLC Match
I'm going for Reigns to win.
Predicted Winner: Roman Reigns

The New Day vs The Revival
Ladders Match for the Smackdown Tag Team Championship
This is a match that I'm looking forward to seeing and I'm for The New Day to retain
Predicted Winners: The New Day

Rusev vs Bobby Lashley
Tables Match
I think that Rusev will win here.
Predicted Winner: Rusev

Aleister Black vs Buddy Murphy
This should be a good one and I'm going for Black to win.
Predicted Winner: Aleister Black

Hollywood Miz vs Firefly Fun House Bray Wyatt
Hang on, not only is not a match for the WWE Championship but we won't get to see The Fiend. Well, at least it won't be bathed in red light. Anyway, I'm going for Wyatt to win.
Predicted Winner: Bray Wyatt

The Kabuki Warriors vs "The Man" Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair
TLC Match for the Women's Tag Team Championship
This should be a good match. I can see Becky and Charlotte remembering that they hate each other and this will lead to The Kabuki Warriors getting the win.
Predicted Winners: The Kabuki Warriors

I will hopefully get to see it in the next week. I hope you guys enjoy the show.

WWE TLC 2018 Review

WWE TLC took place on Sunday 16th December at the SAP Center in San Jose, California. There are 12 matches on the card, so will WWE end 2018 on a positive note? Let's take a look.

The first match on the Kick Off was for the Cruiserweight Championship as Cedric Alexander challenges Buddy Murphy. After some fast paced action and quick pin attempts, Murphy knees Alexander in the face, sending him out of the ring. Alexander gets back into it with a kick to the stomach and both guys try to hit their finishing moves. Alexander does hit the Lumber Check but Murphy manages to get his foot on the ropes. In the end, Murphy manages to retain the Championship after hitting Murphy's Law. This match was pretty good and I'm disappointed that it was on the Kick Off.
Winner: Buddy Murphy (1 for 1)

The second match on the Kick Off Show is an actual ladder match between Elias and Bobby Lashley. Now the rules are that whoever grabs the guitar hanging up wins. Lashley tries to get a ladder but Elias stops him and gets one himself. Lio Rush tries to stop Elias from climbing up the ladder, giving Lashley the chance to recover. Elias manages to turn it around and, despite Rush's efforts, grabs the guitar to get the win. Afterwards, Lashley and Rush beat up Elias. This match was ok and was shorter than I thought it would be.
Winner: Elias (1 for 2)

The first match is the final of the Mixed Match Challenge as Fabulous Truth take on Mahalicia. After Carmella and R-Truth have their mandatory dance break, Alicia Fox hits Carmella in the back to get the advantage. Carmella comes close with a Superkick but Jinder Mahal breaks up the pin. In the end, Carmella gets Alicia to submit to the Code of Silence and they get to enter their respective Royal Rumble matches at number 30. They also get an all expenses paid trip to WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut...? Ah ok, then. Anyway, this was a fun match between the two teams.
Winners: Fabulous Truth (2 for 3)

Next is The Bar facing The New Day and The Usos in a triple threat match for the Smackdown Tag Team Championship. The Bar get the advantage, wearing down Xavier Woods. Eventually, Kofi Kingston gets tagged in and Jimmy Uso tags himself in by tagging Cesaro. Cesaro gets tagged back in and puts Kofi in the sharp shooter after a giant swing but Woods stops that with a DDT. In the end, Sheamus hits Woods with a Brogue Kick to get the win. This was a good match but it was hampered by the fact that only two wrestlers were allowed in the ring even though it was a triple threat match.
Winners: The Bar (2 for 4)

We now get a Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match between Braun Strowman and RAW General Manager-Elect Baron Corbin with Heath Slater as referee. Earlier in the night, Corbin was convinced that Strowman wouldn't show up. However, Strowman turns up with Finn Balor, Bobby Roode, Chad Gable and Apollo Crews. They attack Corbin with chairs and when he tries to leave, he is stopped by a returning Kurt Angle. Obviously, Corbin gets destroyed and Strowman pins him to get the win. This means that Corbin is no longer the RAW General Manager and Strowman will face Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble. This wasn't a match and I felt that having 5-on-1 against Baron Corbin was overkill. WWE must have liked it as they put Corbin against 6 wrestlers the following night.
Winner: Braun Strowman (2 for 5)

Next is a Tables Match between Natlaya and Ruby Riott. Early on, Natalya tries to spear Riott but Liv Morgan gets in the way and gets speared through a table. Later on, Sarah Logan tries to interfere but gets bodyslammed through another table by Natalya. In the end, Natalya gets a table with Ruby plastered on it. Natalya then powerbombs Ruby from the top turnbuckle through the a table to get the win. The match was ok but it dragged too long at times.
Winner: Natalya (3 for 6)

We now get Finn Balor taking on Drew McIntyre. McIntyre sends Balor halfway across the ring with a brutal overhead belly-to-belly suplex to get the advantage. Balor gets back into it with a twisting DDT. After they fight outside the ring, McIntyre throws Balor back into the ring then gets s surprise superkick from Dolph Ziggler. McIntyre doesn't take well and hits him with a big boot. When McIntyre tries to attack Ziggler with a steel chair, Balor hits him with a running dropkick followed by the Coup de Grace to get the win. The match was pretty decent.
Winner: Finn Balor (4 for 7)

Next is a Chairs Match between Randy Orton and Rey Mysterio. Mysterio is the first one to use a chair, attacking the stomach and back. Mysterio goes for a seated senton but misses and lands on a chair. Orton continues his assault then tries to hit him with a RKO onto the chairs. However, Mysterio avoids it and hits a hurracarrana into a victory roll to get the win. There were a couple of cool spots otherwise, the match wasn't that special.
Winner: Rey Mysterio (4 for 8)

We now get our Women's Championship match as Nia Jax challenges Ronda Rousey. Ronda tries to apply the armbar but Nia powers out of it with a sit down powerbomb. Nia then uses her superior strength to dominate Ronda. Ronda hits a crossbody to the floor to start her comeback. However, Nia hits a Samoan Drop for 2. Ronda goes for the armbar but Tamina distracts her. In the end, Nia goes for face breaker but Ronda grabs the arm and twists it in half in an armbar to get the win by submission. Afterwards, "The Man" Becky Lynch backstage goes "remember me, bitch?"and attacks Nia. This was quite a fun match to watch and it was nice to see Becky get some revenge on Nia.
Winner: Ronda Rousey (5 for 9)

Next is AJ Styles getting his rematch for the WWE Championship against "The New" Daniel Bryan. Bryan stops a forearm by Styles with a kick to the ribs then goes on to apply submission holds. The match goes back and forth before Bryan hits 2 running dropkicks and gets clotheslined when he goes for a third. Styles attacks Bryan's left leg and applies a single leg crab. However, Bryan manages to get out and apply the LeBell Yes No Yes LeBell Lock; which Styles gets out of. In the end, Bryan avoids a Phenomenal Forearm and manages to pin Styles with an inside cradle to get the win. I was slightly surprised that it ended in an inside cradle. However, it does't take away from the fact that this was a really good match.
Winner: Daniel Bryan (6 for 10)

The penultimate match is for the Intercontinental Championship as Dean Ambrose challenges Seth Rollins. Ambrose slams Rollins into the steel steps then onto the announce table to get the advantage. After hitting moves such as a neckbreaker with some taunting thrown in, Ambrose starts to focus on the the repaired knee and applies a cloverleaf. Rollins starts a comeback but is hampered by the injured knee. The match goes back and forth before Rollins goes for the Curb Stomp. However, Ambrose manages to hit Dirty Deeds instead to get the win. The match was pretty good, although it felt like a normal wrestling match; which was weird considering the people involved. However, the commentary bothered me as Corey Graves kept going on and on to Ambrose's wife, Renee Young during the match.
Winner: Dean Ambrose (7 for 11)

The main event is the first ever Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match for the Smackdown Women's Championship as Asuka and Charlotte Flair challenge "The Man" Becky Lynch. Highlights include: Asuka hitting a code breaker on Charlotte; Asuka powerbombing Charlotte off a ladder and through a table; Becky fucking up her opponents with a steel chair; Becky hitting a legdrop off a ladder, sending Charlotte through the German announce table; Charlotte going apeshit on everyone with a kendo stick; Charlotte spearing Asuka into the timekeeper's area; and Charlotte Flair chopping Becky to death before splashing her through a table. After Charlotte and Becky fight it out on a ladder, Ronda Rousey comes out and tips the ladder, sending them to the floor. Asuka seizes the opportunity and climbs the ladder to claim the belt and win the match.

This match was absolutely incredible and I was surprised that Asuka won the Championship. Ronda interfering made sense although I thought she would have done it earlier. If this doesn't lead to Becky facing Ronda at Wrestlemania, I will be very surprised.
Winner: Asuka (7 fror 12)

I thought that TLC was a good event. Considering some of the creative disasters that WWE have done with their events, it was nice for the year to end on a positive note. Hopefully, there will continue that as we approach the road to Wrestlemania XXXV.

WWE TLC 2018 Preview

Wwetlc.jpeg

WWE's final Pay-Per-View of the year, TLC, will be taking place tomorrow evening at the SAP Center in San Jose, California. There are 12(!!) matches on the card, so let's take a look.

Rey Mysterio vs Randy Orton
Chairs Match
Er...I not that bothered about this match so Orton to win, I guess.
Predicted Winner: Randy Orton

Fabulous Truth (Carmella and R-Truth) vs Mahalicia (Jinder Mahal and Alicia Fox)
Mixed Match Challenge Final
I'm a few weeks behind on the Mixed Match Challenge so I'm surprised that two of the worst teams in the tournament are now in the final. I'm going for Fabulous Truth to win.
Predicted Winners: Fabulous Truth

Elias vs Bobby Lashley
Ladder Match (Kind Of)
This match is slightly different as it has pinfalls and submissions but a guitar is hung up to be used as a weapon. I can see this being a mess and I'm going for Lashley to win.
Predicted Winner: Bobby Lashley

Natalya vs Ruby Riott
Tables Match
I will be very surprised if Natalya doesn't win this.
Predicted Winner: Natalya

Buddy Murphy vs Cedric Alexander
Cruiserweight Championship
This should be a good match and I'm going for Murphy to retain.
Predicted Winner: Buddy Murphy

The Bar vs The Usos vs The New Day
Triple Threat Match for the Smackdown Tag Team Championships
This should be another good match and I think that The Usos will win.
Predicted Winners: The Usos

Finn Balor vs Drew McIntyre
This could be a good match and I think that Finn will win
Predicted Winner: Finn Balor

Braun Strowman vs Baron Corbin
Table, Ladders and Chairs Match
I can see Corbin using his authority as acting General Manager and cheating like fuck to get the win.
Predicted Winner: Baron Corbin

Ronda Rousey vs Nia Jax
RAW Women's Championship
I can see Ronda winning this and continue her quest to the new Chyna
Predicted Winner: Ronda Rousey

Seth Rollins vs Dean Ambrose
Intercontinental Championship
This should be a fun match to watch. A tough one to call but I think that Ambrose will win.
Predicted Winner: Dean Ambrose

"The Man" Becky Lynch vs Asuka vs Charlotte Flair
TLC Match for the Smackdown Women's Championship
I'm really looking forward to this one and it has the potential to be the match of the night. I think that Becky will retain.
Predicted Winner: Becky Lynch

AJ Styles vs Daniel Bryan
WWE Championship
I think this should be a good match abd I think that Bryan will retain.
Predicted Winner: Daniel Bryan

It will be a few days until I get to see it. I hope you guys enjoy the show.

WWE TLC 2017 Preview

WWE TLC will be taking place tomorrow evening at the Target Center in Minneapolis. The card was looking pretty good but recent events have now made it fucking amazing. Why? Well, let's take a look and find out.

Sasha Banks vs Alicia Foxx
I can't see Alicia winning this but you never know.
Predicted Winner: Sasha Banks

Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann vs The Brian Kendrick and Gentleman Jack Gallagher
This should be an enjoyable contest and it's a tough one to call. I'm going for Kendrick and Gallagher to win.
Predicted Winners: The Brian Kendrick and Gentleman Jack Gallagher

Mickie James vs Alexa Bliss
RAW Women's Championship
A part of me feels that Mickie will win this. However, I think it's more likely that Alexa will win and drop the Title to Asuka.
Predicted Winner: Alexa Bliss

Enzo Amore vs Kalisto
WWE Cruiserweight Championship
This could be an enjoyable contest and I think that Kalisto will retain.
Predicted Winner: Kalisto

Asuka vs Emma
Bitch please. Asuka is winning this. Don't be fucking stupid.
Predicted Winner: Asuka

AJ Styles vs Finn Balor
Yes, you read that right. Due to medical issues with Bray Wyatt, we get to see a dream match and I can't remember the last time I was this excited for a match. This is tough but I'm going for Finn to win here.
Predicted Winner: Finn Balor

Brian Strowman, Kane, Cesaro, Sheamus and Hollywood Miz vs Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Kurt. Fucking. Angle
For the first time in over 11 years, RAW GM Kurt Angle will take part in a WWE match. Obviously they have to win, right?
Predicted Winners: Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Kurt Angle

Even though I'm looking forward to this, I won't get to see it live. I hope you guys enjoy the show.

WWE TLC 2015 Review

WWE TLC took place at the TD Garden in Boston on Sunday 13th December. There is normally a good crowd in Boston so will the WWE end their year on a high? Let's take a look.

The match on the Kick Off show was between Becky Lynch and local girl Sasha Banks. I saw them face each other at the Smackdown taping in Manchester and it was my match of the night. Therefore, I was looking forward to this. The match had some back and forth and in the end, Becky had Sasha in the disarmer. However, Tamina distracted the referee giving Naomi the chance to interfere. Sasha then hit the backstabber followed by the bank statement to get the win. It was a good match, helped by the crowd being into it. I hope to see more matches between the two.
Winner: Sasha Banks
Predictions: 0 for 1

The first match on the show was for the Tag Team Championships as The New Day (sucks!) face the challenge of The Usos and The Lucha Dragons in a triple ladder match. This was a really entertaining match with the definite highlight being Kalisto hitting a salida del sol from the top of the ladder sending Jimmy Uso crashing through another ladder. In the end, Xavier Woods, who was brilliant on commentary, suddenly realises that the match is no disqualification and hits Kalisto with his trombone. Kofi then violently yanks off the ladder and grabs the belts to win the match. This was a great match which was fun to watch.
Winners: The New Day
Predictions: 0 for 2

The next match was Rusev taking on Ryback. In quite a short match, Rusev gets out of the shell shock and kicks Ryback in the head. He then applies the accolade and Ryback passes out to give Rusev the win. The match wasn't anything special and whilst I'm happy to see Rusev and Lana back together, I'm not a fan of them shoving the lovey dovey stuff down my throat.
Winner: Rusev
Predictions: 0 for 3

Next is Jack Swagger challenging Alberto Del Rio in a chairs match for the United States Championship. As expected, they hit each other with chairs a lot. In the end, Del Rio does his shitty double stomp in the corner, sending Swagger onto a pile of chairs to get the win. Like the match, it was nothing special.
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
Predictions: 1 for 4 (finally!)

We now get a 8 man tables elimination match between The Wyatt Family and the team of The Dudley Boyz, Tommy Dreamer and Rhyno. The first man to be eliminated was Erick Rowan after was put through a table thanks to a 3D by the Dudleys. Harper then sends Ryhno through a table in the corner with a big boot. Devon then sets up a table but is slammed through it by Wyatt. Bubba Ray is the only one left after Harper suicide dives Dreamer through a table. Bubba Ray tries to set a table on fire and powerbomb Wyatt through it. However, Harper stops that with a kick and Stroman chokeslams Bubba Ray through a table to give his team the win. Except for the end, I didn't think that this was a good match. It seemed slow and you can obviously see some botches during it. It was nice to see Dreamer and Rhyno wrestle again but I'm in no hurry to see them again (if ever)
Winners: The Wyatt Family
Predictions: 1 for 5

Now a match I was looking forward to: Dean Ambrose challenging Kevin Owens for the Intercontinental Championship. Like their match at Survivor Series, this was another entertaining contest. Ambrose thought he won it when he got out of a pop up powerbomb to hit dirty deeds. However, Owens got a fingertip on the ropes. In the end, Ambrose managed to hit a huracanrana into a pin to become the new Intercontinental Champion. I was surprised that Ambrose won but it was throughly deserved and I hope he gets a good run with the belt.
Winner: Dean Ambrose
Predictions: 1 for 6

The penultimate match was for the Divas Championship as Paige challenges Charlotte. Paige thinks she's won it after hitting the rampaige but Ric Flair puts Charlotte's leg under the ropes. Paige starts shouting at him and this gives Charlotte the chance to bounce Paige's head off the turnbuckle and roll her up to get the win. This was an interesting match to watch as Charlotte acted a lot like a heel even though she is the face in this feud. I thought it would be better if she acted like the face until Flair cheated to stop her from losing. Otherwise, except for the end, I thought it was a good match.
Winner: Charlotte
Predictions: 2 for 7

The main event is a TLC match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship with Roman Reigns challenging Sheamus. As expected, this was a very physical and brutal match. Examples of this include: Reings sending Sheamus into the display of tables, ladders and chairs by the titantron; and Sheamus putting Reings through a table with a white noise. In the end, Reigns hits a Superman punch, sending Sheamus off the ladder and through a table. Reigns almost grabs the belt but he's stopped by Rusev and Alberto Del Rio. Reigns does deal with them but Sheamus sends him out of the ring with a brogue kick. He then climbs up to grab the belt and win the match.

Reigns doesn't take the loss well as he proceeds to destroy Sheamus, Rusev and Del Rio with a chair. The Authority come out to calm him down and he goes on to fuck up Triple H. The show ends with Reigns spearing Triple H as he's being carried to the back.

I thought this was a good match and it was good to see Reigns look like he could be a Champion. WWE were trying to give him a personality and make him John Cena-lite. However, I feel that, based on what happened after this match, it would be best to use elements of Goldberg's push.
Winner: Sheamus
Predictions: 3 for 8

I wasn't a fan of this event. There were some good matches but most of them were either not great or didn't do anything to make them stand out. It's a shame as I think that WWE has had a decent year. With Reings becoming Champion the following night on RAW, it looks like they're giving him a run with the belt. I hope that they use this opportunity well.

WWE TLC 2015 Preview

TLC 2015 official poster.jpg

The final PPV of the year, TLC (no Stairs this year) takes place this evening at the TD Garden in Boston. How will the year end in the WWE? Let's look at the card.

On the Pre-Show, we will have Becky Lynch  facing Sasha Banks. I saw these two wrestle at the Smackdown/Main Event taping in Manchester last month and it was really good. So, I'm hoping for the same here. I think that Becky will win here.
Predicted Winner: Becky Lynch

Rusev will face Ryback in a match that could be ok. I'm going for Rusev to win here.
Predicted Winner: Ryback

The New Day (sucks!) will defend their Tag Team Championships in a triple threat ladder match against The Usos and The Lucha Dragons. This should be an entertaining match and I can any of those teams winning. I'm going for The Usos to win here.
Predicted Winners: The Usos

Jack Swagger will challenge Alberto Del Rio in a chairs match for the United States Championship. Whilst I can see Swagger winning, I don't think he actually will. So, Del Rio to win here.
Predicted Winner: Alberto Del Rio

The Wyatt Family will face the team of the ECW Originals (The Dudley Boyz, Tommy Dreamer and Rhyno) This could be a fun match and I'm going for the ECW Originals to win here.
Predicted Winners: ECW Originals

Paige will get another chance to challenge Charlotte for the Divas Championship. This could be a good match and  I think that Charlotte will win here.
Predicted Winner: Charlotte

Dean Ambrose will challenge Kevin Owens for the Intercontinental Championship. This should be another good match and I feel that Owens will retain here.
Predicted Winner: Kevin Owens

The main event will see Roman Reigns challenge Sheamus for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. I don't if the match will be any good and it should hopefully be entertaining. I'm going for Sheamus to win here.
Predicted Winner: Sheamus

I'm planning to have the Survivor Series and TLC reports up by Christmas. Until then, I hope you guys enjoy the show.
