WWE Extreme Rules 2014 Preview

It's time to go extreme as WWE Extreme Rules takes place this evening at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. There are some interesting matches on the card so let's take a look.

The Pre-Show match is a WeeLC match between El Torito and Hornswoggle. Right, I don't know what the fuck this will be like but it will probably be a comedy match. I'm going for El Torito to win here.
Predicted Winner: El Torito

One match I'm looking foward to is the triple threat match between Cesaro, Jack Swagger and Rob Van Dam.  This could go in any direction but I'm going for the new Paul Heyman guy Cesaro to win here.
Predicted Winner: Cesaro

Alexander Rusev will take on the team of Xavier Woods and R-Truth. Even though he is facing two wrestlers, I can't see Rusev losing this match so I'm predicting him to win.
Predicted Winner: Alexander Rusev

The Shield will take on Evolution in a match that should be fun to watch. It's a tough one to call but I have a sneaking suspicion that Evolution might find some way to win here.
Predicted Winners: Evolution

Big E will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Bad News Barrett. I've liked Big E as Champion; but with WWE finally letting Barrett wrestle and giving him a push, I suspect that he will be victorious here.
Predicted Winner: Bad News Barrett

Paige will defend her Divas Championship against AJ Lee's now umemployed bodyguard Tamina Snuka. It's weird what WWE are doing with Paige. She is a really good wrestler and we have seen that in NXT. However, they seem to be doing a Honky Tonk Man gimmick with her, where she just manages to win by the skin of her teeth. If they give it 5-10 minutes, it should be a good match and I think that Paige will retain here.
Predicted Winner: Paige

John Cena will face Bray Wyatt in a steel cage. This has had a weird set up because Cena won their match at Wrestlemania. However, he is one to suggest they go in a steel cage to stop Harper and Rowan interfering. That would be fine if they helped Wyatt win but that didn't happen. So, it seems like Cena is being a bit of a dick here. As for who I think will win, I would love it if Wyatt wins it and I would really appreciate the irony.
Predicted Winner: Bray Wyatt

The WWE World Heavyweight Championship is on the line as Corporate Kane challenges Daniel Bryan. This should be a very interesting match, considering their recent history as Team Hell No. Daniel Bryan should win this and hopefully, hold onto the title for a long time.
Predicted Winner: Daniel Bryan

I should be able to watch both this and TNA Sacrifice over the next week and there will be a couple of podcasts over the next few weeks, so watch this space.
